Doing Research...Any Advice or Info is Appreciated

For those of you who don't know, our daughter Lina, has Dwarfism and an unrepaired cleft palate. I have been doing lots of research about these conditions, and looking for the best team of specialists to help her when we get her home. My biggest concern is the cleft palate. She is now 4 years old and as each day passes, her speech is more and more affected. She has had frequent sinus problems and I worry that she may also be having difficulty with eating.
